Bernard Soh
Bernard has more than 30 years of hotel industry experience with opportunities that have taken him all over the world, including Singapore, China and Dubai. Bernard and his wife, Angela, planted Hope Taipei, Taiwan in 1994 and served as leaders of Hope Singapore's family and children's ministry in the years that they were living in Singapore before uprooting to New Zealand.
Angela Soh
Angela graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management, minoring in Communications. She worked for Citibank and is now the proud mother of three children.
Charles Ampomah-Dwamena
Charles holds a Masters in Biotechnology and a PhD in Plant Biology. He is currently a scientist at Plant and Food Research and is also the President of the Ghanian community in Auckland. He is husband to Mercy and proud father of five beautiful children.
Kwadwo Ofori-Anyinam
Kwadwo holds a Bachelor of Nursing and is currently working as a healthcare professional.
Kathy Wu
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese and a Bachelor of Education, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Theology. She is currently a primary school teacher.
Stephanie Soh
Steph is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. |

Bernard is the pastor of the church, and is specifically involved in the Harvest life group. Bernard and his family have been a part of the Hope movement for 18 years. He is a man of faith, a mentor, and a father figure to many in the church. His deep passion to reach out to the community has been an inspiration to many others.
Angela oversees the student and young working adult ministries in the church. She is currently working part-time for the church, handling pastoral matters and administration. She serves as a worship leader, preacher, and intercessor. Angela is respected for her prophetic insight and has taught on the subject at the annual HIM Oceania Convention.
Originally from Ghana, Charles oversees the Harvest group and the Word for Life Christian education programme in the church. He is also one of our preachers. He is well-respected for his wisdom and understanding of the Bible. Charles was one of the founding members of the church.
Kwadwo leads the young working adult group, Zion. His call to intercession and the prophetic is well noted and he has a heart to see strategic intercession established and to see people rise up to their fullest potential.
Kathy leads Impact, the university group, which comprises of students from the various universities in Auckland. She has a call to intercession and oversees this ministry in the church. She is passionate about missions and traveling.
Steph is hugely passionate about and oversees our youth (generation180) and worship ministries. She is also a worship leader. A key thing on her heart is to see young people discover their identity and destiny in God and to see them live it out. She wants to see the prophetic and healing become everyday occurrences.
